Since that time our staff has continued to refine, redevelop and improve the heartfelt and compassionate services we offer to families, friends and loved ones of those injured or deceased. While initially serving only the State of Indiana, today Bio-Trauma 911, Inc. provides biohazard remediation and hoarding cleanup services to families and businesses throughout much of the Midwestern United States. Whether our clients are faced with cleaning the remains of a traumatic death, a homicide, suicide or accident scene, our staff is here 24 hours a day, seven days a week to assist.

Following the death of my grandfather, I didn't know where to turn. He had been deceased for several days in the summer and the scene was not something I'd like to remember. I contact Bio-Trauma 911 and they had a team on their way within an hour. They spent a good amount of time cleaning the area and treating the home for any remaining odors. I can't say enough about the dedication and professionalism of the Bio-Trauma 911 team.
My mother had been a hoarder for the better part of 15 years. When she finally realized that she needed help, we turned to Bio-Trauma 911. Their employees took time to carefully sort through my mother's possessions and boxed up items she needed. It was not an easy task, as their was about three feet of trash throughout every room. Throughout the entire process they were respectful, sincere and extremely helpful. Now that we have her house in order, we are getting her the phychiatric care she needs so that this won't be a reaccuring issue.
We had a shooting at our convenience store. There was a large amount of blood throughout the store. After the investigation was complete and the store was turned over to us, we contacted Bio-Trauma 911 to clean up the remains. Two employees with the company arrived within about 90 minutes and it only took them about two hours to completely clean every inch of the crime scene. Thanks to them we were able to reopen the store without much of a delay.
As the President, Brandon Stone is responsible for the continued operational and financial success of Bio-Trauma 911, Inc. In addition to Bio-Trauma 911, Inc., Brandon also serves as the President of two sister corporations, Trinity Executive Services, Inc. and Trinity Security, Inc. Brandon proudly served six years as a US Marine and lived in Europe and Africa for three years while working for the Department of State, Office of Diplomatic Security. Brandon currently works part-time as a reserve police officer. He attended college while in Europe and in Indiana.
Steve Hanna joined Bio-Trauma 911, Inc. in 2009 and brings with him over 20 years of experience as a Supervisor and Manager of St. Vincent’s Hospitals. Steve is responsible for fleet maintenance, quality control, training and overall supervision of our teams and their work.
Erin Finney comes to us with a tremendous amount of experience in retail management. Working with our company for over three years, Erin is directly accountable for the continued administrative success of Bio-Trauma 911, Inc., as well as both of our sister corporations; Trinity Executive Services, Inc. and Trinity Security, Inc. On a weekly basis, Erin completes all invoices, calculates payroll, assists with scheduling and handles most human resource issues. In addition, Erin communicates daily with all other staff members to ensure the administrative side of our business is in line with the operational side.
