WHAT DO I DO NOW?

Our staff understands that contacting us may be a difficult decision and that you may be too upset to speak with us.  Please understand we will not pressure you and will do everything we can to help you through this difficult process.  Here are some tips.

1.  Try to locate the homeowners insurance policy.  It will help us to have the name of the insurance company and policy number.

2. If possible, have a friend take pictures of the scene.  These can be emailed to our office and will help with the cost evaluation.

3. If you are an immediate family member, and are too upset to speak with us, ask someone else to contact us.  They can relay to you all the information you need.

4. Stay away from the scene and do not attempt to clean it without professional assistance.

5.  Call Bio-Trauma 911, Inc. at

1-800-759-6960 and we'll take time to explain everything to you in detail.
